Savor Gastropub, Klyde Warren Park's main restaurant, is a breathtakingly designed modern space, with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and a view unlike any other in Dallas.
Chef John Coleman's menu includes shared plates plus sophisticated pub fare such as deviled eggs, cheese boards, flatbreads, crab cakes, shrimp and grits, and flat-iron steak. Desserts come in whimsical mini-versions and range from German chocolate cake and caramel ice cream sandwich to yuzu tart and chocolate peanut butter pretzel bites.
Eating at Savor is a social experience, as diners can people-watch the visitors to downtown Dallas' famous deck park and those strolling by might be tempted to drop in for a quick bite or glass of wine.
On Mondays from 3-7 pm, a portion of the restaurant's revenue goes straight to a featured community organization — even more incentive to eat up.
