For his first restaurant, newcomer chef Coby Baumann pays tribute to the border town patio cantinas of West Texas with cuisine that's rustic but refined. Dishes include chili, tacos, empanadas, and chips and queso, but it's his cheffy burgers — with housemade toppings such as bacon jam and green chile pimento cheese — that are attracting attention. The bar serves locally brewed beers and Texas-made spirits. Decor is made up of reclaimed pallets and galvanized metals; there's also a spacious outdoor patio.
