Waters salmon salad

In 2001 Chef Bonnell opened his flagship restaurant Bonnell’s Fine Texas Cuisine and cemented his reputation as a culinary master with wild game meats. In 2013, Chef Bonnell launched his latest concept to showcase his passion for and love of seafood. A raw bar lines the main dining room where patrons can sample oysters, clams, shrimp, and crab.
