Chef-owned restaurant recently relocated to Fort Worth where its fusion of familiar and fancy plays well. Menu by chef Jerrett Joslin, who is also co-owner/chef at Vintage Grill and Car Museum, includes fine-dining staples such as crab cakes, lobster bisque, prime rib, fried oysters, and a wedge salad. But offerings such as the house-made bread show that Joslin has his eye on the details.
