Janet Z. Capua’s sandwich shop has relocated several times around the city but seems to have found a permanent home in the hospital district, a few minutes south of downtown. Along with a new home comes a new menu, this one comprised of things she loved as a kid growing up in Chicago. There's probably not a better Chicago dog in the city now and her gargantuan Ultimate Reuben, comprised of a half-pound of corned beef topped with a mountain of melted Swiss and sauerkraut, could give Carshon's a run for its money. Those who love her chicken salad can breathe a sigh of relief; it's still on the menu.
