Playfully disregarding the status quo, Dallas-born boutique brand Forty Five Ten heralds the new, the emerging, the rare, and the unusual, with luxury collections by iconic designers in women’s, men’s, home and beauty. Opened in Dallas in 2000, Forty Five Ten immediately established its trademark sensibility with an emphasis on playful, experimental, and luxury designers. After being acquired by Headington Companies in 2014, the brand expanded its footprint with the opening of a flagship store in the heart of downtown Dallas in 2016. An emblem of the city’s urban renaissance, the 37,000-square-foot, four-story building features three retail levels; a top-floor restaurant and lounge; and museum-quality art throughout. The flagship, along with additional brick-and-mortar locations across Texas and California, has earned Forty Five Ten the reputation as an anchor of neighborhoods on the rise.
