Highland Park Village is eager to help you freshen up for spring, whether that means a new lipstick or strengthening your core. The storied shopping complex is hosting its first-ever beauty event at the end of April, as part of the celebration surrounding its 85 years of existence.

From April 29 through May 1, beauty brands throughout HPV will be providing exclusive services with national makeup artists and skincare experts. And if their tips inspire you to buy $150 or more in products from any of the 15-plus participating stores, then you get a swag bag filled to the brim with luxury goodies and offers.

It's the perfect chance to spend some quality time at places like Bluemercury, Kiehl's, and Dior Beauty — but it's not all about makeup and skincare. After all, fitness plays a role in beauty too.

Visitors can enjoy complimentary onsite classes arranged by hip athleisure brand Bandier. And, to up the incentive to stay with an exercise regimen, the boutique is offering a 20 percent discount during the event.
