The class will teach you how to make quinoa, roasted rosemary potatoes, nacho cheese, cheese sauce, lemon tahini dressing, ranch dressing, and lime cilantro dressing. Post demo, the class will put together bowls and eat together. You will also leave with copies of the recipes. Class is BYOB. Tickets are $65 and class starts at 6 pm.

Sushi at Home Class at Sur La Table Knox District
This class guides guests through the sushi-making process. From selecting the freshest fish to learning how to make seasoned rice and even dipping sauces, this is the best way to get rolling on making your own sushi. Tickets are $89 and the class starts at 6:30 pm.

This class will be making sherried squash soup with spiced pepitas; miso noodle soup with edamame; poblano albondigas with ancho Chile; and chicken, escarole, and white bean. Tickets are $80 and the class starts at noon.

Stuffed French Toast Cooking Class at Panther Island Brewing
Yes, this one is way over in Fort Worth, but it was too yummy not to include. Join Golden Apron and Chef Na'Tori for a couple of cocktails and a tutorial on how to craft stuffed French toast. There is no cooking experience necessary, and you can be as hands on or off as you please. Tickets are $49 and the class kicks off at 7 pm.
