Caroline Wright's Garden Dinner Party at Cebolla Fine Flowers
The author of Twenty-Dollar, Twenty-Minute Meals hosts a three-course garden dinner party featuring dishes from her latest cookbook. Think grilled escarole with peaches, prosciutto, mozzarella and basil; Merguez burgers with cucumber dressing and herb-salted French fries; and lemon zest sundae. Wright plans to cook the dishes herself while sharing dinner-party tips. Local farms — including Pure Land Organic Farms, We Over Me Farm at Paul Quinn College and Sterling Lamb — are providing the produce and meat. Tickets are available for $30 each and include a copy of the book. Dinner starts at 6:30 pm.
