Hugely popular breakfast chain Snooze an A.M. Eatery has set a date for the opening of its newest location in the Dallas area. Some might say its most Dallas location. Certainly its most central Dallas location.

This is the location in the Oak Lawn neighborhood at the corner of Oak Lawn Avenue and Cedar Springs Road. It'll open on January 23.

Perhaps no neighborhood has awaited more eagerly for Snooze's inventive pancakes, bold twists on benedicts, and creative brunch cocktails.

The Oak Lawn location is 4200 square feet and boasts a huge patio.

Snooze opens its doors with community events so in the days leading up to the grand opening, they will partner with three nonprofits in the area to help raise funds. On those days Snooze will provide brunch for invited guests and 100 percent of all donations will benefit partners: the Turtle Creek Conservancy, C5 Youth oundation, and Legacy Counseling Center.

Snooze is noted for its all-day breakfast, featuring the famous pineapple upside-down pancake and savory options such as benedicts and "sammies."

Local craft beers will be on tap including Deep Ellum Brewing, Bishop Cider Co., and Community Brewing.

Also on tap: Snooze's signature sparkling, which serves as the inspiration for brunch cocktails such as the Palomimosa, the Rummmosa, and any other mimosa-themed combo.
