A Little Italy in Dallas
Dallasites escape to Positano courtesy of esteemed Italian chef
What: Vivian and Alberto Lombardi welcome Le Sirenuse to Dallas
Where: Bistro 31
The 411: A little sleet couldn’t stop local VIPs from escaping to Italy for an evening, and they didn’t have to travel far to do it. Bistro 31’s Vivian and Alberto Lombardi and Antonio Sersale hosted a one-of-a-kind private dinner at their Highland Park Village restaurant featuring the culinary stylings of Bistro 31's chef Carlo Allesino and chef Matteo Temperini, who leads the kitchen at the La Sponda, the Michelin-starred restaurant at Positano luxury hotel Le Sirenuse. But the art wasn’t only on the plate; paintings from Mary Nelson Sinclair, a Dallas native now living in New York, were also highlights of this special event..
