We were stunned by colorful art at the Hari Mari & Factory Show. So when we met the artist responsible, Marianne Newsom, we weren't surprised to see her in such a fantastically funky ensemble.

Newsom rocked a mix of vintage and new pieces, including a vintage hat by Oleg Cassini (the same designer who dressed Jackie O), Factory Girl tank, J.Crew jacket, Mother jeans and vintage necklace.

Only an artist like Newsom can pull off such a effortlessly cool look. Believe us. We've tried.

We spotted Tiffanee Ellman, who owns Oak and Belly & Trumpet restaurants along with husband Richard, at TACA Lexus Party on the Green. Despite her petite stature, she was hard to miss in a chic silky BCBG jumpsuit — an ensemble only few can pull off so well.

With nude Calvin Klein heels and light Givenchy handbag, Ellman created a soft, modern and sophisticated look — a standout in a see of well-dressed guests.

Although it was Ellman's first Party on the Green, she was proud to represent Oak at the food-filled fete.
