Pour Yourself a Glass of History at Saint Ann Restaurant and Bar
Dallas Historical Society presents a happy hour that allows guests to enjoy the history of Saint Ann Restaurant & Bar. This event is free (you are in charge of your own food and drink) and lasts from 6-8 pm. There will also be brief tours of the second level, which houses the Samurai Collection. An Evening with Karen Cakebread at Dallas Chop House
Karen Cakebread of Ziata is on hand to answer questions about her boutique Napa Valley collection at this five-course wine dinner. Courses include scallop tartare, pork tenderloin, marinated chargrilled flat iron, coffee-crusted beef striploin, and blueberry soup. Tickets are $70 and the evening kicks off at 6:30 pm.
Saturday, April 7
Echelon Crawfish Boil at The Foundry
This fourth annual event is one of the most anticipated young professional events of the season. This year guests can expect live music from the Diamond Kings, a full Crawfish spread, a photo booth, and more. Tickets start at $35 and festivities kick off at noon.
Veuve Clicquot Tour de Texas at Smoky Rose
Guests are able to purchase Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and rosé, both by the glass and by the bottle, from 11 am-4 pm. Special menu items will be designed to pair perfectly with each Champagne, including brisket queso and chef Spoon’s deviled eggs.

Giada De Laurentiis Book Launch at Williams Sonoma Northpark
Food network star Giada De Laurentiis is celebrating the launch of her new book, Giada’s Italy, with a Texas personal appearance. Tickets are $35 and come with a copy of De Laurentiis' new book. The event is from 1-3 pm.
Taste of the Cowboys at Ford Center at The Star
Hosted by the Dallas Cowboys offensive line and the North Texas Food Bank, the event features past and present Cowboys players, Cowboys Cheerleaders, live entertainment, and 30 gourmet tailgate food stations from North Texas’ hottest restaurants and chefs. Tickets start at $150 and the event kicks off at 6 pm.
Largest Group Sake Bomb Attempt at Sushi Marquee
The World Record for “largest group sake bomb” is 213, and Sushi Marquee wants to break it. The public is invited to join in on world record history with a goal of 300 sake bombs. RSVP on Facebook for this event, taking place from 11 am-2 pm. Participants will also enjoy music by Video DJ and a chance to win prizes.
