The Dallas Stars will host the 12th NHL Winter Classic, taking on the Nashville Predators at Cotton Bowl Stadium, the sixth football venue to host the game and third college football venue to have an NHL Winter Classic. This will mark the first NHL regular-season outdoor game for both the Stars and the Predators.
