Equest Mini Ambassadors Cisco and Dare, two miniature horses under 36” tall, will be trotting to libraries around Dallas throughout the summer for a unique equine story time experience. During their visits, Cisco and Dare and the Equest team will help children experience grooming, leading, and interacting with a live horse while discussing basic equine behavior, communication, and care.

This interactive event gives children the opportunity to meet the horses up close and reflect on a horse- or animal- related story. The ultimate goal of the Equest Mini Ambassador Program is to help people of all ages learn about the unique healing bond between humans and horses.
