Flower Mound Parks and Recreation will present the Children's Parade as part of their Independence Fest. The event will feature decorated bikes, trikes, wagons, and strollers which will parade a short route to the Lewisville ISD School Administration Building where guest can enjoy free hot dogs, drinks, children’s activities, and entertainment.
