Trinity River Audubon Center’s signature event, Scissor-tails & Cocktails, is a major fundraiser to support conservation education for North Texas children. This special evening includes culinary creations from celebrity chefs, a “surprise” signature cocktail from sponsor St. Germain, live music from the Cliff Blues Band, unique birds of prey, a raffle, a live auction, and s’mores around a campfire. It is a fun and festive celebration benefiting Trinity River Audubon Center’s conservation and education programs, which bring over 26,000 students to the center each year.
Scissor-tails & Cocktails 2018 will feature several all-star celebrity chefs, including Jon Stevens, Stock and Barrel; Matt Balke, Bolsa; Greg Wallace, Omni Dallas; Graham Dodds, Overeasy/Scout/ The Statler; Jared Harms, The Fairmont; Ryan Olmos, Cibo Divino; Chad Houser, Café Momentum and Luis Olvera, Trompo. Each chef will be serving an original culinary creation.
