4th Tap Brewing Cooperative
This North Austin hangout is one of the only worker-owned coop breweries in Texas. All three of 4th Tap's core brews are designed to help you beat the Texas heat, from the Renewal Wheat Ale to the Long Walk Grapefruit IPA to the Sun Eater Sorghum Ale, which is almost too sweet and smooth to be a beer. Keeping with the local theme, the brewery also uses as many Texas ingredients as possible.
The taproom is open daily with fresh pours, tasty coffee, and free Wi-fi. Check in with 4th Tap's website for a regular food truck lineup on the weekends.
