Adair's Saloon
This stripped-down Deep Ellum dive is famous for beers in cans, no-fuss and fantastic burgers, and live country music. There’s shuffleboard and a jukebox and not much else—and that’s precisely why we like it. The walls are smothered in Sharpie, and you’re encouraged to add to the ever-growing mosaic of dirty rhymes and initial-filled hearts. Live music is a big draw, and a Red Dirt band plays just about every night. Adair’s is no place for the ultra-lounge crowd, but if you just rode through the desert on a horse with no name, then it would do you well to knock the dust off your boots at Adair’s.
