Wade Wilson Art

Watercolor by artist Dick Wray
One of the city's newer galleries, Wade Wilson Art has established itself by bringing in formerly Texas-phobic talents and by functioning as a home of the Radical Concrete painting movement, an abstract color-and-plane philosophy that's heir to modernist masters like Mondrian, van Doesburg and (de Menil favorite) Rothko. Artists like Joseph Marioni, Danielle Frankenthal, Jennah Ward, Jilll Moser, Stephen Westfall, Mark Williams and Lucinda Cobley keep the walls constantly changing and full of abstract excitement.
