The Russian Banya comprises three different saunas, each with a different temperature and humidity level. After lounging in the saunas, where your pores open up and release any toxins, you can take a plunge in an ice-cold bath to close your pores and invigorate your spirit. Relax outside on the deck under cool misters, or head to the game room filled with pool, foosball, air hockey and ping-pong tables. For something unexpected, try the Venik treatment during which birch, oak or eucalyptus branches are brushed over the body to dilate capillaries and increase the metabolism. A $25 entry fee gets you unlimited access to the sauna facilities. Massages and body treatments are extra.
