Dallas' original raw-food restaurant was here under the name Bliss until former owner Dee Pisarro sold the place to raw-food enthusiasts and Bliss customers Paula Sepulvado and John Vandelicht. Now called Be Raw Food and Juice, it has the same atmosphere and recipes as Bliss, such as "rawkos tacos" made with crunchy nut-based taco shells and chocolate "cheesecake" made with cashews that have been soaked until they're soft and then whipped into a creamy puree.
