Founder Antoine Hedary grew up in Beirut, Lebanon, in a restaurant family, learning traditional Lebanese recipes from his father. He opened Hedary's Lebanese Restaurant in 1976, and his family continues the tradition. Hedary's remains faithful to authentic Lebanese flavors by growing fresh herbs and vegetables to use in their dishes. Specialties include char-grilled chicken kabobs, hummus, pita sandwiches, and grape leaves stuffed with spiced meat and rice. The signature dish is baked chicken, marinated with lemon, garlic, and olive oil.
