Local Oven

Linda Fitzerman opened Local Oven after discovering she had a gluten intolerance. The bakery makes gluten-free baked goods, especially breads such as their mixed olive baguette, which they provide to many local restaurants. They also make cookies and treats such as their cherry pecan biscotti.
