High-end restaurant starring chef Chris Ward serves New American fare to moneyed North Dallas crowd. Ward uses creative techniques such as sous vide on a menu of elevated classics such as lamb shank, short rib, risotto, and his signature "cracklin' chicken." There's also a sushi and sake lounge, evoking the days when Ward had a sushi restaurant named Citizen. Located in an unassuming strip center, The Mercury is part of the M Crowd group, better known for the Mi Cocina chain.
