Steakhouse founded in 1999 by restaurateur Phil Romano is the epitome of luxe, with free caviar in the bar and a menu of extravagances such as fried lobster, dry-aged steak with black truffle butter, and duck fat hash browns. Extensive wine list contains 450 selections; service is spot on. Restaurant was an early colonizer of the now booming Maple Avenue and remains an attraction to out-of-towners and locals alike.
