Diane and Justin Fourton made a name for themselves slinging barbecue out of shed 2 at the Dallas Farmers Market. After local and national accolades and an appearance on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, they now have bigger digs in Deep Ellum (and it usually has a line out the door too). They still serve the award-winning barbecue, fried chicken and Hot Mess (sea salt-rubbed baked sweet potato stuffed to the skin with barbacoa, butter, cheese, chives and chipotle cream), but now there is beer and wine to wash it all down, including the Boss Lady Rustic Red, a beer made in collaboration with Four Corners Brewing.
