Steakhouse atop the Hilton Anatole, one of five dining options at the hotel, features breathtaking views of Dallas. Steaks run from the traditional filet to a rib eye aged for 45 days, but there's seafood as well, including oysters and tuna tartare. There's an effort made to source locally, while whimsy can be found in offerings such as house-made tater tots.
