Pyles, a fifth-generation Texan and founding father of Southwestern cuisine, serves signature dishes including an award-winning honey-fried chicken and 72-hour Texas Wagyu brisket. The restaurant sits within the Delta Hotels by Marriott Dallas Allen & Watters Creek Convention Center.
