Sugarbacon, located in McKinney's historic downtown, comes from Dallas industry veteran Johnny Carros (Jasper's) and chef Jon Thompson (Stampede 66). Thompson describes the menu as having simple ingredients elevated by an experienced chef, which in this case would be Thompson himself. The dish he identifies as a signature is pork chop with green chile hominy casserole. The cocktail program, executed by beverage director and bartender Sean Conner, incorporates herbs grown onsite.
