Small, minimalist sushi bar in hip Near Southside area has a simple menu of nigiri, sashimi, signature rolls, seafood plates, and their signature temaki hand rolls. They're not afraid to dabble in innovation, with good results such as their toasted rice over spicy tuna, cool-looking black rice sushi, and neat lunch specials such as the highly conceptual (and also delicious) tomato miso soup with prosciutto roll.
