Perched atop Uchi, the sushi restaurant on Maple Avenue from Austin chef Tyson Cole, is this bar-oriented restaurant, with a smaller menu and a casual atmosphere. it serves as a pre-dinner drop-in — a place to cool your heels during the inevitable Uchi wait — rather than a standalone destination. It replaces Top Knot, a similar yet different concept that closed in January 2018.
