Upon crossing the bright red threshold of Betty Reiter’s Plaza at Preston Center establishment, you’ll be greeted by one artful design after another in the richest of fabrics, the kind typically reserved for, say, a Parisian shop window. This is no coincidence. Betty Reiter, daughter of a notable French photographer and the belle behind the boutique, was raised in Paris. Since 1994, Reiter has devoted herself to bringing the sparkle of the City of Light to the Lone Star State via exclusive collections from such hard-to-find labels as Krizia, Ter Et Bantine and Yeohlee.
