Valley View Center
Located in an upscale area in North Dallas, Valley View began as a Sears store before it expanded in the 1970s with additional anchors including JCPenney and AMC Theater. Plans are in the works for an adjoining luxury hotel, office tower, trolley, 20-acre park and hike and bike trail connecting to the White Rock bike trail.
