Where exactly is this place? Head north on I-35 toward Denton, about 20 to 30 minutes, then turn west off the highway onto Turbeville. There you will find the peaceful metropolis of Hickory Creek, just past the town hall, horses and cattle.
The asking price is $4,450,000, listed with Clay Stapp+Co, who knows a thing or two about Hickory Creek: He brought the buyer to Champ’s auction last year.
