KPMG is serving as the new building's anchor tenant, leasing 150,000 square feet of office space for its Dallas headquarters to house 1,300 professionals.

Hall Financial Group plans to relocate to Hall Arts in 2015 from its current location at Hall Office Park in Frisco.
