Will You Accept This Rose?
Opendoor fills Dallas home with thousands of free flowers for Valentine's Day
The local real estate company Opendoor is inviting the entire city of Dallas to be its valentine this year by stocking a local for-sale home with thousands of free flowers, chocolates, and other sweets.
Since each year 50 percent of Valentine's presents are picked up within 48 hours of the holiday, procrastinators should also take note. On Valentine's Day itself (that's this Thursday, February 14, for those of you who may have forgotten), stop by 3824 Walden Way from 3-8 pm to pick up bouquets of flowers, chocolates from Kate Weiser Chocolate, and coffee from Dallas' own Houndstooth Coffee — all absolutely free.
No valentine this year? You can treat yourself.
When it's not filling up homes with thousands of flowers and chocolates to celebrate Valentine's Day, what else does Opendoor do? The revolutionary real estate company wants people to fall in love with a simpler way to buy and sell a home, and has helped more than 8,000 people in DFW do just that since it launched here in 2015.
If you're looking to sell your local home, simply go to Opendoor's website, enter your address, and tell them a little bit about your home, like amenities and upgrades. In less than 48 hours, you'll get a competitive offer on your home and can move on your timeline.
If you're a buyer, use the Opendoor app to self-tour any of the hundreds of homes they have on the local market, any time between 6 am and 7 pm. The app functions as your key to get inside the property.
Though Opendoor's other homes won't be filled with thousands of flowers like the one on Walden Way will be this V-Day, the company can still guarantee touring them will be a pretty sweet experience.
