West Village completes Uptown Dallas domination with unveiling of 3700M
West Village will officially secure its position as the epicenter of Uptown with the opening of 3700M later this summer. The fourth phase of the residential-retail wonderland includes a 21-story tower, two five-story buildings, 380 apartment units and approximately 37,000 square feet of retail space.
Future residents can expect panoramic Dallas skyline views, rooftop pool, 24-hour concierge service, state-of-the-art techno gym and six-level private parking garage. (The sub-level and first two levels will be allotted for retail parking.) Apartments, available in one- and two-bedroom units, range in size from 600 to 1,475 square feet. Features include a choice of designer finishes, hardwood floors and 10-foot ceilings.
As for that retail space, 3700M will welcome LA gastropub Public School and the first Eureka burger outside of California. Other shops include J.Crew, Suitsupply (the first Dallas standalone location for the men’s brand), Pure Barre and Bisous Bisous Patisserie (a bakery from pastry chef and Bouchon alumna Andrea Meyer).
Hard-hat tours of the new complex are now available for prospective residents who want a sneak peek at what’s to come.
And there’s plenty more where that came from. According to West Village Management Company, more than a dozen retailers plan to join the West Village district with this phase’s completion, bringing the tenant count to 100 stores.
