Carrollton’s Festival at the Switchyard is a free festival featuring food, shopping, games and rides, arts and crafts and free concerts throughout the day, headlined by Smash Mouth and Sugar Ray. Other performers will include Blaze of Glory, Breckenridge, hip-hop violinist Josh Vietti, John Wehlage Trio, Jack Grimm and Southeast Breeze.
