III Forks presents Sommelier for a Day

Have you ever wanted to be a sommelier at a fine dining restaurant with a world-class wine cellar? On the first Wednesday of each month, III Forks in Dallas offers the opportunity to be sommelier for a day. Guests can help select featured wines for the coming month by sampling six wines selected by the wine director, paired with hand-passed hors d’oeuvre created by executive chef Chris Vogeli.

Each month features a new theme:

  • July 2016: The restaurant showcases wines of France. Six wines are poured and served alongside tasty passed treats. The favored wine wins a place on the III Forks menu for the month of August.
  • August 2016: The restaurant showcases wines of South America. Six wines are poured and served alongside tasty passed treats. The favored wine wins a place on the III Forks menu for the month of September.
  • September 2016: The restaurant showcases wines of Spain. Six wines are poured and served alongside tasty passed treats. The favored wine wins a place on the III Forks menu for the month of October.
