Western Swing Dance was organized by Pam Wood, a Dallas woman who was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. The event, featuring Dallas band Shoot Low Sheriff is a fundraiser for Parkinson's research; proceeds will benefit the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. Crinolines and cowboy boots will be the attire of choice. Tickets include the dance, silent auction and light hors d'oeuvres.
