The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth will present a luncheon and book signing with former Florida Governor Jeb Bush. The native Texan will be promoting his new book Immigration Wars, in which he and constitutional litigator Clint Bolick attempt to present a solution to the national debate surrounding immigration.
