A bounty of Legacy West openings bring delicious luxury to Plano
A burger shop with a cult-like following and one of the country's chicest home decor stores were the first two official tenants to open at Legacy West, but they were only the beginning. Since Shake Shack and West Elm opened in March, Plano's newest shopping and dining destination has been ramping up its construction in anticipation of the Grand Opening Weekend on June 2-4.
The massive mixed-use center, located at the Tollway and Legacy Drive in Plano, has a list of coveted brands opening throughout May and June, bringing luxury goods, delectable eats, and valuable services to the area. This is in addition to Legacy Hall, the hot food hall concept from Front Burner Restaurants that's set to begin serving in fall 2017.
Kate Hudson’s athletic wear line Fabletics opened on April 27, and the month of May will see the arrival of menswear boutiques Peter Millar and Pockets and bohemian clothing brand Johnny Was (opening May 15).
After its booming success at Preston Center, a second North Texas location of True Food Kitchen will dish out healthy and delicious eats beginning May 23. If steak is more your craving, the first Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House in Collin County has executive chef Craig Walter running the kitchen starting on May 3.
Treat yourself with Sprinkles cupcakes beginning on May 31, or set aside time for pampering at Venetian Nail Spa. Take a spin around the Tesla showroom, the premium electric car manufacturer's second location in North Texas.
In June, Earls Kitchen + Bar, North Italia (June 27), and Mesero further expand the dining options. Let TUMI equip you with durable, fashionable luggage so you can travel the globe, but make sure to stop by Suitsupply first for a dapper wardrobe update.
And this is only the beginning. Dozens more shopping and dining options will open soon, along with the North American headquarters of Toyota and FedEx Office and the regional headquarters for JP Morgan Chase and Liberty Mutual. There are also luxurious residential options for those who just don't want to leave Legacy West. After visiting for the first time, you might not want to leave either.
