Dress like Bandage Barbie: Hervé Léger creates real doll with matching outfits
Max and Lubov Azria design bandage dresses for women with killer bodies, so it makes sense that bodacious Barbie would be their newest client. The fashion duo is outfitting America's most popular doll in a series of body-hugging Hervé Léger dresses that are just like the life-sized runway looks they sell.
Matching dresses and accessories in life-size versions will be available so you and Barbie can look alike.
The Hervé Léger by Max Azria Barbie, which retails for $150, will be available mid-October at Neiman Marcus stores in Dallas, Houston and Austin, as well as online at BarbieCollector.com.
Barbie’s miniature dresses are made of authentic Hervé Léger by Max Azria bandages and yarns and are manufactured at the same factory that produces the full designer collection. Two looks will be available: a scarlet bandage dress, accented with a black corset harness belt, black gladiator boots, and a signature black and gold clutch, and a black-and-white jacquard dress, open-toe booties and a studded clutch.
