Rockwall Pets is a foster-based, 100 percent volunteer-run rescue. Its mission is to rescue cats and dogs from euthanasia at its partner shelter, Dallas Animal Services, with the ultimate goal of making DAS a no-kill facility. They hold local adoptions every weekend and have a successful transport program where they drive dogs to partner rescues in northern states.
They always need more foster homes, volunteers, and financial support to help us save more lives.
Rockwall Pets holds adoption events every Saturday from 1-5 pm and Sundays from 1-4 pm at Petco in Rockwall. They can also be found every Saturday morning from 8 am-12 pm at the Rockwall Farmers market on the square in Downtown Rockwall from May-September.
