Cowboys Who Care, founded by comedian William Lee Martin (Cowboy Bill) and his wife Michele, is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to providing smiles, support, and free Resistol cowboy hats to boys and girls across the country who are battling cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Cowboys Who Care Foundation offers three ways to support its mission: make a one-time donation, make a recurring donation, or honor someone who fought their battle by making a memorial donation.

The newly launched Request A Hat program provides the opportunity for the foundation to reach kids outside of the hospitals through community engagement. If you know of a kid battling cancer in your neighborhood or town, CWCF's online request form allows the community to take action and alert them to the deserving child that could use a smile and brand-new cowboy hat. CWCF is 100 percent volunteer-based and all donations are put toward travel expenses, shipping the hats to hospitals, and purchasing the cowboy hats.

Cowboys Who Care Foundation host an annual CWCF golf tournament in Fort Worth. All proceeds of the golf tournament go back to the foundation to make sure they are able to continue its movement across America.
