KidLinks connects kids to health and healing through music and media. Over the decades, KidLinks has made therapeutic music entetainment (defined as a musical performance or activity which by virtue of its diversion, amusement, and or engaging qualities promotes healing) possible at hundreds of hospitals and special care centers, bringing a bit of hope and fun wherever they have gone. The have also made possible individualized music therapy for children in need.
Contributions enable KidLinks to expand into more hospitals and introduce families around the world to the positive, proven benefits of music.
Held every February, Symphony of Chefs is an evening of culinary composition benefitting KidLinks. Your evening begins with a featured hors d’oeuvre chef preparing delicious canapés during the cocktail reception, followed by a seated dinner where Dallas’ most notable chefs prepare a four-course dinner tableside with wine pairings from some of the world’s best vineyards. Following the coursed meal, featured pastry chefs create masterful desserts as an end note to the evening. The evening includes a silent auction of experiences and much more.
The annual KidLinks Energy Golf Classic each October provides companies with a way to make a difference in little lives everywhere, as well as a direct avenue for generating positive community awareness about the independent energy industry. This event is also one of the most effective energy-specific networking opportunities of the year.
