As part of its expanded mission of serving the many— building homeowner equity and asset wealth, addressing the affordable housing gap, strengthening neighborhoods, and improving health and education for children and families—Dallas Habitat for Humanity works collaboratively on a vision for new policies and products that will create a better value proposition for builders and potential buyers.
Habitat for Humanity relies on thousands of volunteers every year to help carry out their mission. Volunteers founded Dallas Habitat back in 1986, and to this day remain an integral part of the success. Volunteer programs offer many opportunities for individuals and groups.
