GenR: Dallas hosts the annual Force For Change fundraiser in October, showcasing the curated HOME< em> photo exhibition in the exclusive Conduit Gallery in the Design District. The image collection represents a small cross section of the IRC's work, highlighting its humanitarian efforts across the globe and in the United States.

The young professionals network, GenR, requires annual dues (that are tax-deductible) of $125. Members have access to monthly newsletters, monthly happy hours, quarterly meetings, quarterly book clubs, volunteer events, and discounts to the IRC annual fundraiser.
