The Lone Star Film Festival will present a retrospective screening of The Longest Yard to honor their Achievement in Film Producing Award Recipient, Albert S. Ruddy. Ruddy wrote and produced the classic Burt Reynolds film about a former pro football player who organizes a prisoners’ football team to play the prison guards’ semi-pro team. Ruddy will be in attendance for the screening.
